ZedBoard
The ZedBoard is an evaluation board made for the Zynq-7000 platform. It is very capable and features high-speed connectors to external boards if so desired.

Zybo-Z7
The Zybo-Z7 is a different evaluation board for the Zynq-7000 platform. It comes in two varieties: one with three PMOD connectors (Zybo-Z7 10) and one with four PMOD connectors (Zybo-Z7 20).

The ZCU102 Evaluation Kit enables designers to jumpstart designs for automotive, industrial, video, and communications applications. This kit features a Zynq™ UltraScale+ MPSoC with a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53, dual-core Cortex-R5F real-time processors, and a Mali-400 MP2 graphics processing unit based on 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic fabric by AMD. The ZCU102 supports all major peripherals and interfaces, enabling development for a wide range of applications.

Zcu104
The ZCU104 Evaluation Kit enables designers to jumpstart designs for embedded vision applications such as surveillance, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), machine vision, Augmented Reality (AR), drones, and medical imaging. This kit features a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC EV device with video codec and supports many common peripherals and interfaces for embedded vision use cases. The included ZU7EV device is equipped with a quad-core ARM® Cortex-A53 applications processor, dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor, Mali-400 MP2 graphics processing unit, 4KP60 capable H.264/H.265 video codec, and 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic.
